The company has over 1100 apartments and manages approximately 100,000 m2 of operational premises for Sollefteå Municipality, including schools, preschools, fire stations, etc. The company has around 70 employees.

Job Responsibilities

As a gardener, you will work with tasks such as trimming, pruning, hedge cutting, weeding, etc.

In your role, you will have daily contact with our tenants and be part of a team where you are collectively responsible for the quality of maintenance within your area of responsibility and ensuring that our tenants feel comfortable in their residential areas. Therefore, a sense of service and good manners are important.

Qualifications

It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards your work, your colleagues, and our customers. Experience with similar tasks, brushcutter training level RA, and chainsaw license AB are advantageous. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work effectively.

We want you to be able to express yourself well in Swedish.

For these positions, we place great emphasis on personal suitability, and since the tasks are physically demanding, you need to be in good physical shape.

A B driver's license is required. Other driving licenses are an advantage.
